Expanded Offerings for Enhanced Services

One of the most exciting developments at GMF is the introduction of a new line dedicated to electroless nickel plating. This addition enhances our ability to serve our customers’ diverse needs. Additionally, we are adding Cerakote to our offerings. These advancements allow us to handle a wider range of projects and provide specialized solutions for various industries.

Precision Laser Engraving

The addition of an 80-watt laser engraver allows us to engrave anodized parts with incredible precision. This new capability enhances the range of services we offer, putting us one step closer to being a true one-stop shop for final product touches. Whether it’s a standalone service or in addition to our coating and finishing processes, laser marking gives our customers more flexibility and customization options in their projects.

New Paint Booth for Faster Turnarounds

A new paint booth is coming to our shop, which will allow us to prime parts after chemical conversion or anodizing. This new feature will ensure that we can meet the 24 to 72-hour window required for priming parts, delivering superior quality and meeting the tight deadlines our customers demand.
